CITY SCRAP LIMITED, purchase the first Trax 700, for their 18th LEFORT machine !

The Lefort Trax 700 is the very latest design from Belgian manufacturer Lefort and we are very proud to deliverthe first one to one of our oldest and longest customers ,City Scrap Ltd of Lincoln.

Over the years the Martin family have been very loyal Lefort customers, purchasing many of the latest models in the past. This will be their 18th Lefort and has many new features not seen before, with a heavier pre-compression box, bigger power pack and advanced remote control unit.

Peter Chapman was available on the day of delivery to congratulate his old friend Tony Martin on his latest purchase.

The Trax 700 is fitted with a 400 HP Scania diesel engine and high pressure pumps to deliver a very fast cycle timeand unrivalled performance for a machine of its size. It is based on the new Konkeror 700 shear/baler which was introduced last year and has sold very well with 4 more machines due to the UK over the next year. It has a totally new powerpack, designed with the operator in mind, meaning that there is a walk way on the roof section with safe and easy access to the water in the engine and the fuelling of the machine also. This design makes it simple and easy to access all areas around the engine with doors on either side of the machine and hatches on the roof.

Lefort have a wide range of machines available in Trax format, a Lefort patented product, and this one is the largest with the fixed trax system. Thank you to City Scrap for their continued support of the Lefort products.

Tech Spec
Cutting Force 700T, Lid force of 325T each lid, Scania 400 HP engine and the new style box of 6.6 metre length.
